Rajya Sabha and Mr. G.M.C. Balayogi, Speaker, Lok Sabha." The

On behalf of the Greek Parliament and me personally, I wish to express our strong condemnation of the recent violent attack against the Indian Parliament which resulted in the loss of life of fellow citizens of your country as well as injuries to innocent people. The Greek people, aware of the heritage of an ancient democratic tradition, wish to express sentiments of support to the Indian people and condemn wholeheartedly actions which aim at undermining the highest representative institution of the world's largest democracy. Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration and sentiments of friendship. |
