Requirements for transit visa (applicable to crew joining ships
at Greek ports):
IMPORTANT
NOTICE:
The Embassy
will not issue a visa until formalities have been completed in Greece.
Please contact your employer before submitting your application.
- visa
application form, duly completed and signed by the applicant.
- one recent
passport size photograph affixed on the form.
- passport
with a validity of six months from the date of entry into Greece,
previous passport or passports may also be requested.
- C.D.C (Seaman's
Book).
- employment
contract.
- air ticket.
- diploma/certificate
(as applicable): a) personal safety and social responsibility.
b) personal survival techniques c) elementary first aid. d) fire
prevention and fire fighting, e) on watch keeping.
- interview,
if required.
